We want you to feel confident when you shop with my mimi. This policy explains our change-of-mind returns, product warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Because menstrual discs and selected accessories are intimate-use products, we maintain clear hygiene standards for change-of-mind returns. We also stand behind the quality of eligible my mimi products and will help where a product does not meet its applicable consumer guarantee.

Change-of-mind returns

We may accept a change-of-mind return where the item is unused, in resellable condition, and its original packaging and inner hygiene seal remain completely intact.

If a product has a manufacturing or material fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos so we can assess the claim.

Eligible my mimi menstrual discs include our voluntary 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only where the product:

  • is unused and in resellable condition;
  • is in its original packaging; and
  • has an inner plastic sleeve or hygiene seal that is completely sealed and untampered with.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once an inner hygiene seal has been opened, removed or tampered with.

Original shipping costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Not eligible for change of mind

Opened intimate-use products and accessories

The following are not eligible for a change-of-mind return once opened, used or where their hygiene seal has been broken:

  • my mimi menstrual discs;
  • GO menstrual disc sterilisers;
  • menstrual disc carry bags;
  • menstrual disc cleaning tablets;
  • gentle foaming cleanser; and
  • water-based personal lubricant.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee.

3. 12-month warranty

Protection for manufacturing and material faults

All my mimi menstrual discs include a voluntary 12-month warranty beginning on the date of purchase. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and material faults, including cracks, tears, structural issues, or a seal or rim failure caused by a manufacturing flaw.

Proof of purchase Your order number, receipt or other purchase confirmation.
Clear photos Images that show the issue clearly and help us assess it.
Product details The disc size, colour and a short description of what occurred.
Assessment We may ask questions or request the product for inspection where appropriate.

What if I chose the wrong menstrual disc size?

Yes. Opening a product does not remove your rights where the product is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee. Contact us with your order number, details of the issue and clear photos.

The appropriate remedy depends on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law. For an approved claim under our voluntary warranty, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

  2. Share your details: Include your order number, the product, purchase date and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos: Add clear photos where there is a fault, damage or packaging concern.
  4. Wait for instructions: We will assess the claim and may ask for further information or inspection before confirming the outcome.
