Choosing the right menstrual disc size can make all the difference in comfort, fit, and confidence. At my mimi, we offer two sizes to suit different bodies, preferences, and flow types.
why size matters
A disc that fits well will stay in place, seal properly, and reduce the risk of leaks. If it’s too small, it may shift or feel unstable. If it’s too large, it may feel uncomfortable or apply pressure to the vaginal walls.
the my mimi sizing guide
We currently offer two sizes:
-
Small - 32ml capacity
Recommended for those under 30 or who have not given birth vaginally. This size holds the equivalent of up to 5 regular tampons, making it ideal for lighter flows and smaller anatomy. -
Large - 61ml capacity
Best suited for those over 30 or who have given birth vaginally. It holds the equivalent of up to 7 regular tampons, offering greater capacity and a slightly wider diameter for reliable protection.
